Today was the last day before our Mid-Term break and we really got into the Halloween spirit. We all dressed up in some very scary and unique costumes. We also had a talk about Halloween night safety from our local Garda. She spoke about the importance of being safe around sparklers, bonfires and fireworks. She also spoke about keeping our pets safe at this time.
After the talk we all took part in a Halloween table Quiz. It was lots of fun.

We decorated some pumpkins yesterday. Instead of carving them we painted them.
At the end of the day today we played a traditional Halloween game. It was lots of fun dipping our noses into the flour if we knocked down the conker!
